Saudi Arabia set to Offer Scholarships to 424 Nigerians
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced that it will be giving 424 scholarship opportunities to Nigerian students to study in Saudi universities .
The press on Monday in Abuja stated out clearly that these slots given to Nigeria is part of the 6,597 scholarship slots the Kingdom distributes on a yearly basis to African countries.
According to the statement, Benin Republic is also given a space for 150 students annually.
Interested students are advised to obtain proper information from the Ministry of Foreign affairs or Ministry of Education in their respective countries.
”Information can also be obtained in the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
“The Embassy appreciates the cordial relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the federal republic of Nigeria as well as with the friendly African countries” .
It was also stated that “Nigerians will be updated on how to go about applications”.
