The BMW Group Graduate programme is now accepting applications from suitably qualified applicants for its 2024 cohort. The programme aims at giving young graduates a fantastic opportunity to obtain practical work experience with a premium, globally recognized company.
Graduates who will finish their studies by the end of 2023 or who will finish their studies within the last 18 months and are now unemployed are the program’s target audience. Young Graduates are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity.

About the BMW Group Graduate Programme 2024
The BMW Group Graduate programme aims to support up-and-coming individuals who exhibit promise in a demanding, quick-paced atmosphere that fosters collaboration and innovation. The chosen applicant will have a voice and the chance to execute ideas. The candidates’ base of operations will be in Gauteng, either at the Midrand Campus or the Rosslyn BMW Plant.
The learning experience will include exposure to high levels of cooperation in cross-functional teams, ongoing mentorship and coaching, and training in technical and leadership abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be considered for the BMW Group Graduate programme, an applicant must be:
- A university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in the following career streams: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Programming/Coding, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, SARA qualification, Marketing, Visual Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Sciences, LL.B./Law Degree, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Banking, Occupational Health and Safety.
- Must possess the following skills and competencies: conceptual and analytical thinking, team player, resilient, results-focused, high learning agility, effective communication, adaptability, computer literacy, attention to detail, and self-starter.
