The graduate trainee program is part of the organization’s strategic aim to help strengthen Africa’s economies while also attracting top talent. Trainees will learn about worldwide corporate operations and the basics of cement production.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who meet the requirements below can apply for the Dangote Graduate Trainee Program:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma in the relevant field.
- A second-class lower or lower credit is required.
- Between 2021 and the application deadline, you must have completed NYSC.
- You must be under the age of 27.
- Have at least 5 O’level credits, including English language and mathematics, in one sitting.
- Prior work experience is not required however, it may be beneficial.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Be inventive and imaginative.
Graduate Trainee Responsibilities
- Observing employees from all departments at Dangote Cement
- Engage in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Keeping a diary of things learned and taking notes on events.
- Creating reports and giving presentations to other members of the team.
- Analyzing current systems and proposing new ways to improve them.
- Bringing positive energy into the workplace while maintaining long-term professional ties with employees.
- Conducting research and aiding the Supervisor as needed.
- When necessary, complete fieldwork or visit various job sites.
- Maintaining the company’s excellent name at all times.
