The Danish Government Masters Scholarship at the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) provides a limited number of tuition waivers and grants through the Danish Government Scholarship program.

About the Danish Government Masters Scholarship
The scholarships are competitive and are available to extremely brilliant students from non-EU/EEU countries with outstanding academic records. All non-EU/EEA applicants who are accepted will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
This scholarship is awarded in the form of full or partial tuition fee exemptions and/or an amount sufficient to cover basic living expenses. It is given exclusively on the basis of academic performance (financial need is not considered).
The Danish Government Masters Scholarship is open to the following applicants:
- A national of a country other than the EU, EEA (European Economic Area), or Switzerland
- Accepted into a master’s program at the University of Copenhagen
- A time-limited residence permit has been granted for the purpose of attending a higher education program in Denmark.

All non-EU/EEA applicants to the University of Copenhagen’s MA/MSc degree programs will be automatically assessed for the Danish Government Scholarship, assuming they are eligible. As a result, there is no need to apply.
