About the FEFU Scholarships and Financial Aid
The competitive selection for scholarship (quota for international students) is organized by Rossotrudnichestvo representative offices in the world. All students have the option of participating in language internships, collaborative educational and funding programs, and exchange programs at various universities across the world if they so desire.

Every year, around 2.000 students, professors, and staff members travel abroad for educational and research purposes. FEFU offers a reputable, accredited, and cost-effective education. The average cost of a Master’s degree is between 200 and 250 thousand rubles (total cost), depending on your chosen field of study.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be considered for the FEFU Scholarships and Financial Aid in Russia, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- The award is available for both domestic and international students.
- Applicants must have a masters degree certificate.
- Applicants must have a first degree certificate or equivalent.
- The award is available in all Bachelor, masters and PhD courses in the University.
- An outstanding academic record.
- Proven English proficiency.
Benefit
The FEFU Scholarships and Financial Aid will provide successful candidates with the following:
- Tuition fee waiver for the whole period of study on the chosen program.
- A monthly allowance in amount depending on the chosen program and your academic performance at FEFU:
- 1 700 – 9 000 rubles per month for Bachelor and Specialist degree students
