About the Future Workforce Youths Employability Skills Initiative
The program is a youth employment scheme funded by Nigerian Universities, WRKR Technology Inc, and private partners in the United States.

The Future Workforce Youths Employability Skills Initiative aims to equip 50,000 young people across Nigerian campuses by offering them the relevant training that will enable upgrade their mindset and skills for existing jobs and the ones yet to be created.
Eligibility Criteria
Regardless of gender, disability, sexual orientation, culture, religion, or ethnicity the Youths Employability Skills Initiative is open to applicants who meet the requirement below:
- Be a Nigerian student.
- Be an undergraduate or a recent graduate in any field.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
