ARE YOU FAKE?
There seems to be a standard for everything these days. What everyone considers as the way to look, the physical indications of success, and so on.
As much as it is good to strive for excellence and be the best you can be, never live to satisfy other people’s standards and expectations at the expense of being true to yourself.
Real satisfaction in life comes from doing what you believe in not what is imposed on you. Don’t allow society and the expectations of others to put you in a mould not meant for you. A fake life can never bring real satisfaction, and the pressure to be fake never ends and is always on the increase! Is that the life you want to live?
Some people lived in a one-room apartment with no car and built a house and moved, while others live in rented houses and have 3 supercars! With no land or house to their name! Society may look at the second group saying “these are successful!”
At the end of the day, the way you make your bed is the way YOU get to sleep on it.
