The LBS Young Talent Program is currently inviting applications from bright University students and recent graduates for its 2022 program.
About the LBS Young Talent Program
The two-day program’s goal is to assist the school in establishing a long-term relationship with the country’s finest university students both before and after they graduate.

The primary goal of engaging with these exceptional students is to introduce them to a world-class institution and identify prospects for the LBS Management Scholarship Academy. Candidates who could become future administrative personnel and, eventually, faculty members will be welcomed as well.
The LBS Young Talent program would assist the institution in developing a pipeline of talented African academics.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be under the age of 30.
- Final-year undergraduates and Masters students, youth corp members, and recent graduates can apply for the LBS Young Talent Program.
- These students should be pursuing or have completed a first- or second-class upper-division degree.
Benefit
- Introduce participants to live as faculty members, researchers, or administrative staff members at LBS.
- Participants will learn about a career in management research and teaching.
- Introduce participants to the school’s resources for pursuing a career in academia: The LBS PhD program and the Management Scholarship Academy
- Discuss the history, culture, and inspiration of LBS.
- Create a network of young talent who may be interested in participating in the MBA program.
