Applications for the 2024 Radboud Scholarship for International Students are now ongoing. The programme provides exceptionally bright prospective non-EEA applicants with the chance to be selected for a scholarship to undertake a full Master’s degree program taught entirely in English at Radboud University.

The Radboud Scholarship Programme is very competitive and is only intended for talented students with outstanding study results who are highly motivated to undergo a Master’s degree programme at Radboud University.

Eligibility Criteria: The Radboud Scholarship Programme
To be considered for the Radboud Scholarships for International Students, you must meet the below-listed conditions:
- Applicants must hold a non-EU/EEA passport
- Applicants are not eligible for the lower EEA tuition fee for other reasons
- The applicant must have obtained a bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands, have no degrees achieved in the Netherlands, and have not received any previous education in the Netherlands.
- The applicant must meet the English language proficiency requirement for the Master’s programme of choice.
- The applicant must have obtained full-time admission to the English-taught Master’s degree programme starting September 1, 2022, as stated in the formal letter of admission
- Applicants are able to comply with the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands.
- Applicants are enrolled at Radboud University as full-time students for the academic year and Master’s degree programme for which the scholarship will be awarded.
The following selection criteria will be considered:
- Talent: This means that applicants must have outstanding study results in their present field of study
- Applicants are expected to be a promising student in his/her desired field of study at Radboud University
- Applicant must have a proven academic quality and good results of your prior education for example through grades, test scores, publications
- Quality of the recommendations in the two reference letters
- Motivation: This will be based on the applicant’s motivation letter for the Master’s programme
Application Procedure
Applicants who are eligible and keen to apply for the Radboud Scholarships can do so by specifying their intent to apply for the scholarship while completing the application for admission to a Master’s program in the OSIRIS Application system.
Applicants will be asked to submit three more documents: two recommendation letters and a resume. If you have already uploaded these documents for your Master’s program application, you can use the same files for your scholarship application.
