The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates should pay the sum of N700 for the Mock UTME Computer Based Test on Thursday, June 3, 2021.

Following the change in the examination date, JAMB had previously asked candidates who had indicated an interest in sitting for the mock-UTME and had previously printed the examination slips to reprint them.
The UTME mock examination has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 3, 2021, instead of the previously scheduled date of Thursday, May 20, 2021.
Each slip, according to the board, contained information about the candidates, such as their registration number, the examination center where they were to sit for the exam within their chosen examination town, and the expected time to arrive at the center.

The fee is different from the N3,500 paid by candidates for UTME forms and the N500 paid for text reading.
This information was revealed in a statement released by JAMB on Monday, May 31, 2021, via its official Twitter handle.
“All candidates sitting the 2021 Mock examination planned for Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 are advised to travel to their allocated centres with N700 the Mock UTME, which will be paid to the Centre owner as the mock test fee,” JAMB said in a tweet.
Candidates were also advised by JAMB to print and study the contents of the slip in order to avoid confusion about the location of their examination centers and the names of the examination centers.
Similarly, JAMB has moved the 2021 UTME from June 19 to July 3 as a result of a two-day stakeholders meeting held in Abuja by the board.
